Kedudukan kantung bayi. Untuk pastikan kantung di dalam rahim. Jika kantung di luar rahim, ia dipanggil ectopic pregnancy dan perlu dirujuk ke hospital.

Jika ada pendarahan daripada vagina atau sakit-sakit perut, perlu segera ke klinik untuk check jantung bayi dan lihat sama ada ini tanda keguguran (miscarriage) atau bukan.
